It’s great to have background information about topics we might not have taught before. As part of the growing Knowledge Bites series, Matthew Lane provides important summaries to help with teaching key ideas in religious education. You can watch the series here.

Maths is not perhaps the first subject you think of in relation to oracy, but here are two recordings where subject leaders discuss how it is benefitting their students.

  1. Brenton Legarda and Mafuja Islam of Sarah Bonnell Academy Newham and Fin McLaughlin of The Association of Teachers of Mathematics how maths can help pupils improve their conjecturing and reasoning skills. Watch the recording here.
